Remove or correct a listing

If an event of yours appears on TechEvents.ai with incorrect information, or you’d like it removed, send us a request through the contact form. We’ll process it within 10 business days.

For privacy-specific requests (access, correction, deletion of your personal information), use the privacy request form or email privacy@techevents.ai directly.

What to include

The form asks for these, but if you write to us directly, please include:

• The event URL on TechEvents.ai (the link to the listing);
• Your role: event organizer, speaker or presenter, venue host, or other;
• What you’d like us to do: remove the listing entirely, correct specific information (tell us what’s wrong and what it should say), or let you claim the listing so you can update it yourself.

We don’t require legal documentation for takedown requests. A clear note from the organizer or someone visibly associated with the event is enough. We may follow up to verify if anything’s unclear.

Claim your listing instead

If you run the event, you can also sign in to claim and manage your listing directly, or submit an updated version of the event.

General questions

For anything else, such as feedback, partnership, press, or data access, use the contact form. If your request is urgent (an event today or tomorrow that needs correcting), say so in the message and we’ll prioritize it.
